How to submit a complaint
Please send your complaint in writing to hello@privatefintechmarkets.com, or by post to the address below. To help us review it properly, please include:
- Your name and preferred contact details
- The date and nature of the matter you are raising
- Any reference details from previous correspondence
- What outcome you are seeking
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint, review the circumstances, and respond in writing with the outcome of our review. If we need further information from you in order to investigate, we will ask for it.
Data protection complaints
If your complaint concerns the handling of personal data, you may also contact the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) in Luxembourg, or the supervisory authority in your country of residence. Details of how we handle personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
